Refunds and Withdrawal
Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. This page explains what that means for refunds and any right of withdrawal. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

1. No payments through this website
No payments are processed through this website and no paid products or subscriptions are sold. Enquiries, callback requests, the contact form and the partner application are free of charge. We charge no fee for applying to become a partner.
2. Paid services
We currently charge interested parties no fee for advice, selection or introduction. If we offer paid services in future (e.g. consulting or brokerage), it will only be under a separate written agreement stating the services, prices, and cancellation and refund rules — clearly, before you commit.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If, as a consumer, you conclude a contract with us at a distance or away from business premises, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal (generally 14 days, Sections 312g and 355 German Civil Code). In that case we will inform you about the right of withdrawal and its conditions before the contract is concluded and provide the model withdrawal form. For services, if you ask us to start early, compensation for value may be payable; we will point this out to you explicitly beforehand.
4. Payments to sellers, developers or landlords
Payments for buying or renting a property (e.g. reservation, deposit or purchase price) are made solely to the respective contracting party under the respective contract. Bolyki Property does not receive funds for this unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Whether and how payments are refunded depends on that contract and the law that governs it. Have contracts reviewed independently before paying.
